The casita was great.the grounds are amazing.they are just like a picture. Then we met James,the caretaker of the property,what a great guy,he is there whenever you need him, He has the property manicured beautifullly.Bonnie and Clyde,two white ducks also a great addition to the property.

Everything was very clean and tidy. Casita was very quiet in lovely surroundings. Close to nice restaurants and winery’s. Not too far from Cottonwood or Sedona. Main road entrance to Casitas could easily have been missed. The microwave in the kitchen was a bit too high. (I am only 5 foot). We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely go back.

The property was beautiful, the rental was comfortable, and there was excellent communication with the host! There is also an onsite grounds keeper that was very helpful, friendly and responsive! highly recommend for an escape!

Experienced a lovely 10-day stay in mid-April. The casita was very comfortable and held all the necessary amenities: good-sized kitchen for meal prep, spacious bedroom with a fireplace, good-sized living area with television, laundry off the kitchen, nice bathroom with a walk-in shower. The decor was 'farmhouse chic' and presented beautifully. A covered front porch and lower covered patio provided peaceful spots to sit and watch the sun rise over the distant hilltops. Found the location to be idyllic. Though the town of Cornville is quite small, there's a little store at the gas station down the road. As well, there were a few eateries and a dollar store a short drive in the other direction. The town proved centrally located where ten-fifteen minutes out in any direction led me to the gorgeous mountains or the desert trails or the nearby vilages of Cottonwood or Sedona. Sara was an attentive host and James, the caretaker and groundskeeper on premise, was very helpful.

Such a cute place
These casitas are so well done and in a great location. We were only a 15 min drive to Cottonwood, about 20 mins to Sedona and about 30 mins to Jerome. The place made for a comfortable and quite place to stay out of the super busy areas but still gave us easy access to all the locations we wanted to visit. We were very happy with our stay and to top it of it was very clean and beautifully decorated. Thank you for a great stay.

This is the place to be. Great setup for our 3 families to meet up - and privacy at night in our individual unit. Great staff and awesome job on the upgrades inside. Park very close by for the kids

This property was exactly what I needed while working in the area for a few months. The furniture and appliances all seemed brand new and worked great. Owners were quick with communication and made the move in/out process super easy. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Love the place and location. Cute and cozy! Easy to get to Sedona and surrounding attractions. A 2-3 hour drive to the Grand Canyon with great scenic views along the way. I only really used it to sleep, shower, & chill a bit, but very well equipped for whatever your needs maybe! Will share with friends and family that may travel to the area!!!

Pictures don't do this place justice! We would return here in a heartbeat! Perfect location to explore the greater Sedona area without staying in the middle of the busyness of Sedona. The pond is beautiful; James, the caretaker was kind and helpful; and the Casita was very nicely appointed! We loved it!

Wonderfully clean and well appointed LARGE 1 bedroom casita. Everything seems almost brand new! Bed sheets were so fluffy and clean. it felt like we were staying out in the countryside even though it was convenient to everything. Cottonwood is only a 10 minute drive away for grocery, eating and most important: Starbucks!.

The Casita we stayed in was well stocked with everything we needed, very clean, with large, comfortable bed and bedroom with large walk in closet. Everything is modern and recently remodeled. Location was good for us, away from the crowds you find in Sedona. The large open space was perfect for dogs, and evenings were comfortable and relaxed, great for sitting on the porch and watching the full moon. Sara was an excellent host, responding immediately to any and all messages we sent. James was hard at work improvng the grounds and open space and working on irrigation that will make it even nicer come springtime. He is very helpful with anything you may need. You can’t go wrong with this place!

This absolutely beautiful unit provided us with great comfort (clean, good bed, nice shower, well stocked kitchen). The setting is great for renters with dogs. It’s a relaxing place to stay away from all of the hubbub.

Felt like home! Very spacious even though our unit was attached to another one so we shared a wall. Most comfortable bed I've had outside my own. Filled with amenities, even hangers in the walk-in. Our host was communicative and also suggested a place nearby to eat when we asked. Cute little area with a couple different ways to get to Sedona and the surrounding scenic attractions so we weren't seeing the same thing each trip to town. It's on a farm with horses right next door, so beware if you have allergies. There's a bumpy dirt/gravel drive to the space and 4 or 5 steps up to the porch entryway. Wasn't an issue for me, but thought it was worth mentioning for others! Would stay here again!

I stayed at Casita B for a month and loved every minute of it. The casita itself is totally redone with new everything and so clean and inviting. The location is delightful with views out your front window of ducks and birds galore in a beautiful pond surrounded by beautiful mature trees. I loved the well cared for small herd of angus cattle next door. From the property it's a short walk to a family park with a walking track and paths to Oak Creek leading through majestic old sycamores. It's only a short drive to both Cottonwood and downtown Sedona without the congestion of either close at hand. I loved this place.

This property exceeded expectations. The photos didn’t do it justice. Roomy for a 1 bedroom. Nice park/farmers market next door. Lots of space for walking dog. Cows and horses next door. Convenient to cute restraints and bars. Easy drive to cottonwood and Jerome. Easy half hour to hiking in Sedona.

Perfect place ever!!! So clean!! Everything is new and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood. There’s a pond and a big lawn in front. So peaceful. And it’s just 15-20 mins away from Sedona! Top of my list so far! I wish this was my house! So pretty!

Such a beautiful place to getaway and recharge! Super peaceful location. Feels tucked away, but pretty short drive to everything around it. Not much of a reason to leave though. Sunrise on the porch is fantastic. Our dog was also in heaven.

Getting to the place was a little bit confusing since we arrived late to the area but they have a sign that will indicate the entrance. The Casita is so beautiful inside! Everything is so well designed. Was exactly as the picture and cutter. The Casita was so clean and the blankets so comfy. I recommend this place! Location was close to all our activities on Sedona and no traffic on the area at all!

Sara’s place is sooo cute. It has everything you need, the bed is comfortable and the space is super clean. Sara is really easy to communicate with and gets back to you immediately. The house is about 30 minutes outside Sedona. Cornville isn’t the cutest town in the world but it does have the things you need near by. Farm a Gogo is just a mile down the street and the food and service was really good. Overall it’s a great value and I do recommend it.

This was such a beautiful place to stay! Cornville Casita makes you feel like you are tucked back in nature but able to travel to so many fun locations. It was Very clean and felt right at home! I enjoyed another great stay at Sara’s property and I am sad to go! This is such a peaceful and beautiful space to spend a few days off grid or working virtually from home. The internet is extremely fast and reliable - a must for my job - and I had everything I could possibly need with comfortable furniture, a big walk-in closet, luxurious king sized bed, smart TV, and updated appliances. The space is clean and feels very safe despite being away from the city. I highly recommend staying here and would recommend checking out Sara’s other properties as well!

This little cottage was more beautiful than expected when we arrived. as we turned into the drive way, we were greeting with a large field with a pond and some picnic tables before pulling into the driveway. It was perfect for the two dogs we brought along with us. Such an open space and the stars are beautiful at night. The cottage was also very well decorated and classy inside. There was a manual inside that made any instructions and access to wifi easily accessible. It is about a 25 minute drive from downtown Sedona. We would love to stay here again.

We spent a month at Sara’s place in Cornville. The house is newly renovated, great gas stove, lots of blankets, extremely clean and peaceful. Not sure why the guests before us has an issue with ants, in our time here there were two inside. This is such a great location to explore the area. We loved this place and hope to return again and again!

A beautiful little home and property to escape to at a great price and distance from Sedona. my girlfriend, puppy, and myself all really enjoyed the relaxing stay. Very well decorated place with a comfortable bed. Nice towels in the bathroom and a full size washer and dryer. No cell service so make sure you have wifi calling enabled. There was a big infestation of ants in the kitchen & the ant traps aren't working. We had to spray the Raid twice a day and ants were crawling on us sitting in the living room on the couch. It was nice that they offered to mail back an item left, but they wanted $25 to mail it. I wouldn't have minded paying shipping but they seemed a little much. We would not stay again due to the ants. There were no ants in the bedroom or bathroom.

I highly recommend staying at this place! The location was beautiful, a very close and easy drive to Sedona and wineries. The amenities were brand new and extremely high quality. This casita was super stylish & clean! There were great touches like snacks and coffee but also tons of extra towels, blankets & pillows. Everything was super new (if ever used!) and the appliances were really good quality! Cornville is pretty sleepy, however the drive to Sedona was quick & absolutely stunning. We quite liked waking up to the quiet scenery outside our windows. There's a little pond on the property that all sorts of birds came to and the neighbors fuzzy cows & horses kept ua company! Would def recommend to anyone who wants to be near Sedona but wants a little bit more relax too.
